• Since the products are made from delicate fabrics, dry cleaning only is recommended.
• Do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods.
• Careful use is required to prevent damage to the embroidery, stones, or lace details on the product.
• After use, store the product in a cool, dry place by hanging it.

When ironing is necessary, iron at a low temperature using a protective cloth.

This process is established to ensure that the products are prepared and carefully packaged in accordance with high-quality standards.

When your order is handed over to the cargo, an email or SMS containing tracking information will be sent to you. 

The delivery time for these products may vary depending on the policies set by the cargo company and the country of the delivery address. 

Orders handed over to the cargo reach your address within 2 business days for Turkey and 4-6 business days for other countries from the order date.

Important Information for US Customers

Starting August 7, 2025, a 15% Additional Reciprocal Tariff will be applied to all purchases made outside the USA. This fee is set by the US government and collected by US Customs via DHL Express.

Fiora of Dress does not have the authority to remove or change these tariffs; the application may affect delivery times.

Prioritizing customer satisfaction, we offer the possibility of exchange for the products you purchase. The exchange process is carried out under the following conditions:

• The product must be sent to us unused, in its original packaging, and with the tag intact.
• You must submit your exchange request within 3 business days after receiving the product.
• Exchanges can be made for a different size of the same product or for a different product.

All products in our store are carefully prepared upon your order and meticulously inspected before being presented to you. Evening dresses, designed for special occasions and carefully prepared according to the size and features selected by the customer for each order, are not eligible for return.

However, returns can only be made if the product is damaged. Damaged products are considered defective items such as stained, snagged, or torn fabric. In such cases, unused products with tags intact and in their original packaging can be returned within 3 business days following product delivery. The shipping cost for returning damaged products is borne by the seller.
